Inspection Notice Postcard Program Begins 10/27/2006

NJIUA will now send a postcard to your insureds notifying them an inspection of their property is required. The message on the card will inform the insureds to expect a phone call from our vendor within two weeks to arrange an appointment for the inspection. The insureds are advised to call our customer service department if they do not receive a call by the end of the two week period.

NJIUA wants to provide excellent customer service to all our customers and this new initiative will help in providing valuable information to the insureds. If you have any questions about this program, please call your customer service representative or your underwriter.
